Top 3 Theme Parks in Dubai

Are you planing to visit Dubai and looking for theme park which is suitable for family adventure? Here are my top 3 theme parks in Dubai which are perfect places to spend time with you family.

Bollywood Parks Dubai

Bollywood Parks Dubai is the oldest theme park in Dubai which is located at Sheikh Zayed Road, opposite Palm Jebel Ali. The park is beautifully decorated and has an amazing concept focusing on essential matters related to the theme of Bollywood.

It’s is an excellent place to hang out for a day with your loved ones. It’s a must visit place for families where everyone can enjoy something. Games, rides etc.

Exhilarating rides will take the visitor to feel the making of a movie. Actual cinema stunts are re-created and all those artists deserve a big round of applause. Best time to visit between 3:00 – 9:00 PM. Single day ticket cost for tourists is AED 175 per head.

IMG Worlds of Adventure

IMG Worlds of Adventure is a new an indoor amusement park in Dubai which was first opened for visitors in August 2016. This is the world’s largest indoor theme park. It is split into 3 categories – Marvel, Dinosaurland and Cartoon Network.

There are plenty of food outlets too. The rides inside of the park are fantastic, just like you’d expect in a theme park. Roller coaster rides provides the much-wanted adrenaline rush. A mix of rides and activities makes the visit suitable for all age groups.

All in all, it would be an amazing experience and well worth the visit. IMG official park admission ticket cost for an adult is $67 but last time I bought from a tour operator and paid $57. Children who are under 1.05m in height are free.

Legoland

Legoland Dubai park is part of a chain of family theme parks Legoland Group. It is another a new theme park in Dubai. The park is located at Sheikh Zayed Road, opposite Palm Jebel Ali. Legoland is the latest theme park in Dubai which is accessible for the public since Oct 31, 2016.

Most rides are outdoor but some are shaded. It also has one indoor lego building model gallery that is air-conditioned. Mostly suitable for little children.

Unfortunately, it has nothing much suited to adults except for the dragon roller coaster. But for kids this like a heaven!!!

If you’re a UAE residence, I recommend purchasing annual passes. It’s worth every penny because you may need 3-4 days to cover the whole park. Even then they have different themes and activities time to time. So kids will never get bored.

The good thing is once you entered to the park all attractions are free and accessible. Foods are very costly though! Shuttle tram service from parking to the theme park should have been air-conditioned. Guest service staff are helpful and friendly. I’ve been to Legoland Windsor. Except for the weather, Legoland Dubai has a lot to offer. Legoland Dubai one day entrance ticket cost is $64.
